| For quite some time I have wanted to give back to my community. In an attempt to begin that service I am looking for deserving individuals who would benefit from massage therapy. If you know of a person or are a person who has been in an accident, is suffering from an illness, has suffered as a victim of a crime, has served our country active military in a war zone (military ID or other proof of service reqired), or is otherwise deserving of receiving a massage for its therapeutic benefit, then please send me an email recommending them or yourself for a free 60 minute massage. Depending on the situation I may be willing to offer mulitple complimentary sessions. Individuals will not be solicited for additional business. This is strictly a community service. |

| Include: THEIR first/last name, age, sex, weight, phone number, email address, and the reason for the recommendation. If you are recommending someone else, then please also include YOUR name, email, and how you are acquainted to the person you are recommending. Attach a recent picture of recipient (cropped from the top of the head to the waist). Only COMPLETE recommendation emails will be considered. |
| NOTICE: At least one person will be selected each week for a free massage. Depending on entries, I will attempt to select 50% male and 50% female participants with a wide range of ages. Participants who are minors must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Those selected cannot weigh more than 250 pounds as that is the weight limit for my massage table. Individuals must fill out a client intake form with personal information and health questions to determine if massage contraindications apply as well as maintain proper documentation of persons I've treated in my massage practice as required by state law. Individuals selected for a free session agree to sign a waiver to have their name, photo, a brief explanation as to the reason they were selected, and the date of their visit placed on my website's We Knead 1 Another - Recipient page. Only individuals who are selected will be notified and must set up an appointment to come in within 3 weeks of notification. I retain the right to refuse service FOR ANY REASON, and at any time, throught this process; but especially if a recommendation appears to be fraudulant or misrepresented. |
