Therapeutic massage - utilizes Swedish Techniques in a full body session aimed at reducing tension. (60 or 90 minute) 2. Body work - focuses on specific muscle groups which may be tight because of stress, overuse, or injury. These tight muscles cause pain, decreased range of motion, weakness, and a host of other issues. (60 or 90 minute) 3. Sensual Massage - emphasizes slow, long, strokes. Sensual massage is NOT sexual massage, but is meant to be very nurturing. (90 minute session required) |
